This is mandatory and will allow us to send out emergency notifications in case of system-wide service interruptions.
While rare, this will allow us to "broadcast" system updates and ETA to resolution.

This will ask if Email or Website are not operational. In those situations, an emergency text will be sent to our support team 24/7 for urgent action.
